About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to develop and execute a sales strategy for South and Latin America, driving growth in premium, mid-range, and economy tire product lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the dealer and distributor network across key markets, identifying high-growth segments, and establishing long-term partnerships with national distributors and regional wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for South and Latin America, aligned with global business goals and local market trends.
  • Expand the dealer and distributor network across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay, developing and executing a tire sales strategy for these markets.
  • Identify and penetrate high-growth segments such as large fleets, mining operations, agriculture, government transportation tenders, and OEMs.
Requirements
  • Mid-Senior level professional with experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
