Job Description

Direct the proving grounds, prioritizing safety and ensuring the team and facility remain integrated with global technical operations.

Lead product intelligence management within the region, implementing global practices and adhering to high standards.

  • Develop organizational capability through performance management and development processes.
  • Maintain quality systems to deliver test data in compliance with business and customer expectations.
  • Manage facilities, prioritize test tracks, and ensure safe day-to-day operations.
  • Plan and execute additions to LA Proving Grounds capabilities, including capital planning, staffing, and operational expenses.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

  • 8+ years of technical experience in sales, tire design, testing, quality, automotive engineering, or manufacturing
  • Demonstrable leadership skills and conflict administration expertise
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving focus
  • Collaborative approach to work and conflict resolution
  • Fluent English language
