Our company is looking for an IT infrastructure and project management professional to lead the development of technology solutions. This role involves overseeing system development, deployment, and integration.
Job Responsibilities:- Plan, oversee, and execute IT infrastructure projects, focusing on system development and integration using cutting-edge technology.
- Understand client needs and business requirements.
- Lead data project management, system deployment, development, and integration.
- Administer and maintain data processing centers and IT equipment.
- Ensure system security and data protection compliance with established policies.
- Develop and deploy IT services and operations, coordinating personnel and teams.
- Guide team growth through performance evaluations, feedback processes, and high-performance standards.
- Ensure adherence to company values and ethical principles.
- Participate in hiring processes to recruit talented individuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field; postgraduate degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT roles.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team and project management.
- Business application knowledge (ERP, CRM) and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish languages.
- Strong interpersonal relationships, leadership, and active listening abilities.
