Visionary Personalization Architect

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to lead our efforts in developing advanced personalization systems.
As a senior engineer, you will be responsible for designing company-wide personalization architecture and strategy, solving complex technical challenges, researching and implementing state-of-the-art ML techniques, defining standards and patterns used across all ML teams, leading cross-functional initiatives, mentoring senior engineers, and representing the company in the external ML community.
- This role requires a recognized expert in ML systems with 10+ years of experience building ML systems, deep personalization expertise, and expertise in multiple approaches including deep learning, bandits, causal ML, and graph methods.
- Additional requirements include exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences, ability to influence without authority, and drive consensus.
