Senior Credit Services Manager

As a Sr. Supervisor, Customer Payment, you will lead and coordinate credit services and customer payment operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls.
This position will be responsible for managing direct reports and external BPOs, delivering timely credit and collection reports, and supervising external collection agencies.
- Leadership and influence skills to manage teams and third-party vendors.
- Experience in collections, including companies and individual businesses.
- Reporting and analytical skills to deliver key performance indicators.
- Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in credit and collection management.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in credit and collection, including people management skills.
- BS degree in finance, administration, economy, or accounting.
- Familiarity with Protheus is desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
