Service Delivery Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Service Delivery Specialist, responsible for maintaining safe, efficient and reliable services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  2. Responsible for service delivery execution.
  3. Participate in risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  4. Develop customer relationships to promote our products and services.
  5. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards by implementing policies and conducting inspections.
  6. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
  7. Contribute to HSE and Quality initiatives.
Requirements:
  1. Technical degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields.
  2. Experience as a Completion Technician, Intelligent Completion or Liner Hanger.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including report creation and system access.
  4. Desirable: English language proficiency.
