Pressure Pumping Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Operator to join our dynamic Pressure Pumping operations team in Macaé, Brazil.
The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in a related field, regular situation with the CFT or CREA, and experience motivating a team. They will also be fluent in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication skills.
As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for delivering services operations across wellsites in Brazil, working closely with clients and other personnel while effectively delivering world-class services.
- Provides assistance to the specialist and is capable in the operation of equipment, monitors and records the progression of service and use of materials at the job site.
- Works closely with clients and other personnel while effectively delivering world-class services.
- Coordinates with employees on site while performing the job and assures compliance with safety requirements.
- Assures that all policies and standard practices are adhered to.
- Monitors and documents maintenance on equipment or reports status to prevent unnecessary downtime.
- Confers with clients and personnel to verify well data and offers recommendations.
- Maintains an open and business-like relationship with representatives.
