We are seeking a skilled Pressure Pumping Specialist to join our dynamic operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating and shaping innovative solutions that deliver high-quality services to our customers in Brazil.
Job Responsibilities:- You will assist the Field Specialist and operate Baker Hughes equipment, monitoring and recording service progress and materials at the job site.
- Work closely with clients and other personnel to effectively deliver world-class services.
- Coordinate with employees on-site while performing the job and ensure compliance with customer and safety requirements.
- Maintain adherence to all safety and operations policies and standard practices.
- Monitor and document maintenance on equipment or report status to prevent unnecessary downtime.
- Confer with customers and personnel to verify well data and offer recommendations.
- A degree in a related field such as engineering or technology is required.
- You should have regular situation with CFT or CREA.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills is essential.
- Experience motivating teams is highly valued.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese with excellent communication skills is necessary.
