Operations Manager

This is a challenging role that involves performing Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations.
- Operate well control and measurement systems to ensure safe and efficient drilling and completion operations;
- Collect, record, and analyze well data during drilling and completion operations to optimize performance;
- Maintain MPD equipment at the worksite and in the workshop, ensuring they are in good working condition;
- Manage MPD assets and inventory to minimize downtime and maximize productivity;
- Support the loading and unloading of assets and spare parts for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Control and Automation, Chemical, or Production Engineering (with active professional board registration);
- Experience with Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations and intermediate to advanced proficiency in English;
- Availability for a 28 x 28 rotation schedule and mixed work regime (onshore and offshore).
