We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Inventory Manager to oversee the optimization of our supply chain processes in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements inventory management strategies to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve lead time issues, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Executes material replenishment in SAP MRP module, including internal movements, 3rd party movements, and production.
- Manages issues associated with procurement from vendors, working closely with the procurement team to resolve any discrepancies.
- Works closely with logistics, manufacturing, and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Develops and implements corrective action plans to address inventory imbalances and improve overall inventory management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of applicable Supply Chain Planning experience, preferably in inventory management or master planning with global operations.
- High level of proficiency in common ERP systems, especially Blue Yonder ESP and SAP (Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP)).
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
