As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering various HR activities that support the success of our organization. Your role will include:
- Providing expert guidance and coaching to managers, employees, and other customers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborating with product companies and Centers of Expertise to ensure efficient service delivery across the country.
- Ensuring compliance with internal control guidelines, employment law, and global HR processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Employee Human Resource Management.
- Good general knowledge of the industry is required.
- Experience in LATAM region with HR.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is desired.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
