Customer Success Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled Cross-Functional Customer Success Specialist to support new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will drive retention, increase user engagement, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for building trust and confidence in our partnership as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

The role requires a proactive person driven by data to anticipate problems. A structured and critical thinker with a focus on strategy and results is also essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them communicate the value of our products and responding to their needs, questions, and requests.
  • Actively manage clients' requests, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Navigate different areas and levels within the organization.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders in your portfolio.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business processes, goals, and strategies.
  • Foster trust and confidence in our partnership as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Meet with customers regularly to discuss business and tactical challenges.
  • Provide proactive advice on how to optimize or enhance the use of our platform.
  • Work closely with customers to create and execute a successful plan that aligns with their business objectives and strategy.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Customer Success or similar roles, ideally in a hyper-growth environment of B2B model.
  • Industry experience in Payments, Cards processing, and Banking.
  • A proactive person, driven by data to anticipate problems.
  • Program management capability.
  • Structured and critical thinking and high focus on strategy and results.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Innovator soul and receptive to changes.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships at C-level of enterprise companies.
  • Influence ability to implement new processes that result in a client excellence experience.
  • Track record of high customer satisfaction.
  • Experience working with a full lifecycle of customer success.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Technical related expertise (development, infrastructure, familiarity with architectural design), Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Proficiency in Spanish is considered an advantage.
