**Job Title:** SAP SuccessFactors Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors administrator to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, operational excellence, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors talent management modules.

The successful applicant will have strong technical knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 modules. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and high levels of customer service expertise.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing ongoing technical knowledge and consultation on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 1.0 modules.
  • Managing day-to-day operations, ongoing system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Managing bi-annual release updates and working with leadership to determine enablement plans.
  • Collaborating with HR technology and other departments for process optimization; providing recommendations on configuration changes to meet business needs.
  • Continuously reviewing system capabilities to align with future organizational growth objectives.
  • Project managing 3rd party integrations with SuccessFactors modules.
  • Collaborating with HR analytics teams to build and utilize custom reports and dashboards; providing support in analysis of system data.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system interface errors, system-related issues, and unexpected results.
  • Creating and maintaining system and process documentation in collaboration with the process owner.
  • Developing, documenting, and maintaining system admin procedures.
  • Providing support to end-users by managing cases in our HR service delivery tool.
  • Participating on current and future HR system-related projects (including upcoming moves to the cloud).
  • Conducting audits in a consistent and timely manner and taking actions to remedy any issues.
  • Interacting with SuccessFactors Support to manage tickets as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors administration experience, including Recruiting and Onboarding modules and Employee Central.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting system issues or previous systems administrator/analyst experience.
  • Must be proficient in written and verbal communication in English at Intermediate/Advanced level.
  • Partnering mindset, high level of business acumen, ability to work well in a team, and independently, and operates with a high sense of urgency.
  • Microsoft Office experience. Prior experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition role is a plus.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) accreditations are a plus.
  • System implementation experience is a plus.
