Construction Project Manager Position

This role involves overseeing the final stages of a project, encompassing blockwork, POP work, plastering, painting, and carpentry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, controlling, and executing these tasks while ensuring production, planning, costing, and commercial considerations are always addressed.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and control finishing works, managing resources and timelines effectively
- Implement site HSE plans and ensure compliance with regulations
- Lead construction teams and coordinate with commercial and client stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Monitor costs, quality, and productivity to meet contract standards
- Interpret technical drawings and manage testing and reporting processes
Requirements
- Experience in planning and controlling finishing works, managing resources and timelines
- Ability to implement site HSE plans and ensure compliance
- Leadership skills to lead construction teams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Strong monitoring skills for costs, quality, and productivity
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and managing testing/reporting
