Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and execute on-site construction activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site works, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Prepare and track material submittals, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and completed works.
  • Inspect works, raise inspection requests, and report progress to senior management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency on site.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in construction or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical) with ≥ 10 years' experience in construction management.
  • Solid understanding of contract specifications, QA/QC, HSE, and programme controls.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with BIM-enabled field tools or Lean construction principles.
