As a Civil Construction Manager, you will oversee and execute construction activities to ensure timely completion, within budget and in compliance with project specifications, safety standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure site works comply with contract specs, quality and safety standards
  • Prepare material submittals and track approvals
  • Develop method statements and risk assessments
  • Monitor procurement schedules and follow up on deliveries
  • Control approved drawings and as-built documentation
  • Inspect works, raise inspection requests and coordinate with site teams
  • Report progress, delays and site issues to senior management
  • Support testing, commissioning and project close-out documentation
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of project site experience preferably in construction or similar environments
  • Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Engineering degree with ≥ 10 years' site experience
  • Solid understanding of contract specifications, QA/QC, HSE and programme controls
  • Proven ability to manage materials, documentation and productivity on fast-track projects
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and pressure-handling skills; proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with BIM-enabled field tools or Lean construction principles
