Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction activities, materials, and sequencing.
  • Proven ability to manage small teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
