Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned construction leader to spearhead our structural works team.

The ideal candidate will oversee multiple site zones, manage senior foremen, and ensure all activities meet the highest technical and safety standards.

  • Interpret structural drawings for accurate site setup and execution.
  • Effectively plan resources and manage site access, logistics, and emergency readiness.
  • Ensure timely procurement and correct usage of construction materials and plant.
  • Enforce safety policies to guarantee work is carried out with proper PPE and safety procedures.
  • Manage heavy equipment and ensure only qualified operators handle machinery.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in construction with at least 2 years as a Senior Foreman, specifically in structural works. They will also hold a First Aider qualification and possess a strong understanding of structural works including formwork, blockwork, rebar, and carpentry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to senior foremen and structural works teams.
  • Develop and implement effective resource plans to meet project timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction management with a focus on structural works.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • First Aider qualification.
  • 10+ years in construction with at least 2 years as a Senior Foreman.
