Construction Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional to lead the coordination of all construction activities on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) requirements, quality standards, and project schedules.

You will conduct constructability reviews and provide input to engineering teams to ensure that our projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Your technical expertise in construction techniques and best practices will be essential in addressing operational challenges, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve performance and reduce non-productive time.

You will also coordinate interfaces and priorities between disciplines to resolve construction issues, monitor progress, and meet schedules. Additionally, you will capture lessons learned and understand change impacts within and across project systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of construction principles, processes, and HSSE regulations
  • Minimum of 3 years of extensive construction experience with a proven track record in complex environments
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
