Project Delivery Leader

We are seeking a results-driven leader to lead and coordinate the design function for high-profile construction projects in the UAE.

  • Manage and coordinate design activities between client, construction, and consultants.
  • Oversee design documentation, submittals, approvals, and ensure alignment with contractual and program requirements.
  • Monitor and report on design progress; lead weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Ensure technical compliance, review calculations and shop drawings (structural, rebar, BSS, MEP).
  • Authorize material submittals, invoices, and design change documentation.
  • Coordinate with authorities for NOC and support submissions.
  • Lead, motivate, and delegate within the design team; oversee document control and QA/QC.
  • Support project delivery by aligning design with planning, procurement, and site operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction design management.
  • Proficiency in design tools (STAAD, Prokon, ETABS, AutoCAD).
  • Strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills.
  • Proven leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
