We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Leader to join our team.

As a key member of our construction team, you will oversee the entire finishing process for various projects. This includes blockwork, POP work, plastering, painting, and carpentry, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and controlling site plans for finishing works, accurately calculating required resources.
  • Creating, implementing, and enforcing comprehensive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) plans on site.
  • Leading and motivating construction teams, ensuring clear communication and high performance.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Team to monitor and control construction costs, addressing any anomalies.
  • Establishing and maintaining a robust quality management system and control plan for finishing works.
  • Liaising with clients, authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to provide timely project updates.
  • Interpreting and applying technical drawings, tender documents, and contract requirements effectively.
  • Monitoring productivity and progress, ensuring accurate measurement and recording of works.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Construction or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in construction, preferably in finishing works.
  • Strong leadership, planning, communication, and commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage complex construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Sound knowledge of HSE standards and quality control procedures.
