We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project work plans and schedules, forecasting project timelines, tracking schedule progress, and assessing schedule impacts due to project changes.


This is a challenging role that requires strong expertise in Primavera and Microsoft Project, as well as excellent analytical skills to assess schedule risks and impacts due to project changes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project scheduling, planning, and forecasting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate project work plans and schedules
  • Prepare, analyze, and forecast project schedules
  • Collect and input timely and accurate data for schedule development
  • Perform schedule updates and impact assessments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project scheduling, planning, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project
  • Strong knowledge of schedule impact analysis, timeline adjustments, and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess schedule risks and impacts due to project changes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for schedule coordination across teams
