Front Office Receptionist Job Opportunity

This role entails providing administrative support with various clerical activities and tasks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and directing incoming calls to relevant personnel while maintaining a professional phone manner.
  • Responding to voice mail messages and forwarding them to the right person in a timely manner.
  • Welcoming on-site visitors, determining their purpose, and announcing them to the relevant staff member.
  • Monitoring visitor access and issuing passes when required.
  • Receiving, sorting, and routing mail as well as distributing publications.
  • Assisting Human Resources with filing and other office duties.
  • Performing various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • 6-12 months of related experience and/or training is desirable.
