Customer Service Administrator

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the organization. As a front office receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring that they are welcomed and directed to the appropriate personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the relevant associate, and take messages as needed.
- Manage mail distribution and flow of correspondence, assisting with shipping coordinator tasks.
- Retrieve messages from voice mail and forward them to staff members.
- Monitor visitor access, issue passes when required, and receive, sort, and route mail in a timely manner.
- Assist Human Resources with filing and other office duties as necessary.
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, collating, and data entry to ensure seamless operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and basic computer knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with standard office equipment.
