Front-Line Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers and team members in a friendly and helpful manner
- Meet customer needs by resolving food or service issues promptly
- Work collaboratively with other team members and accept coaching from leadership
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and leaders in a professional manner
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to prepare and store food ingredients and beverage orders, verify their accuracy, and package products for distribution. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
