
Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our team and deliver exceptional shopping experiences for every customer.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions and recommendations, providing solutions to their queries and needs.
- Manage sales transactions efficiently while working assigned cash registers, maintaining accuracy and speed.
- Maintain the security of cash and protect company assets, adhering to established protocols.
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful store environment by maintaining professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
- Responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
- Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly valued.
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is essential.
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 pounds from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are also required.
