Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Sales Associate to fill an exciting merchandising role. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for executing tasks such as planograms and merchandise assembly in various retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to regular attendance requirements
  • Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to adapt to varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs
  • Communicate effectively and regularly with District Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome
  • Complete planograms and resets accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain visual merchandise standards
  • Perform store-specific measurements
  • Complete store layout initiatives
  • Perform accurate cycle counts
  • Hang store signage
  • Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and point-of-sale displays
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through our GURA principles:
    • Greet the Customer
    • Understand Customer Needs & Wants
    • Recommend Product Solutions
    • Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer
  • Ensure the customer has an outstanding shopping experience that differentiates from the competition
  • Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving)
  • Sales Team Members may also be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is essential
  • Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is desirable
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately
