Home Building Production Specialist

This is a manufacturing production position in our home building process. You will be responsible for performing various tasks and operations to help us build affordable housing.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing production operations: You will perform assigned tasks and operations to meet sales orders, prints, specifications, and building codes.
- Safety and quality control: Ensure that all homes meet quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Teamwork and productivity: Work collaboratively with your team to produce high-quality products and achieve productivity objectives.
- Stewardship and planning: Protect company assets, report needed maintenance, and assist in planning and organizing manufacturing activities.
- Versatility and willingness to learn.
- Ability to walk, climb, and lift at least 50 lbs.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
- Physical stamina to work for long periods.
