Job Overview

The Senior Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations for clients. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitate technical discussions, and ensure alignment with customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning. Additionally, the successful candidate will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, distill customer needs into clear technical requirements, and decompose complex technical problems into actionable solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud computing and project management of technical programs for the Public Sector (Government)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practices
  • Experience applying AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework
