**Job Summary**

Upei is seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Programmer to lead the development of our mobile game, Looney Tunes World of Mayhem. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for architecting and developing the game client in Unity Engine, ensuring high-quality, high-performance code that meets the team's vision.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with designers, animators, and artists to implement game systems and features, bringing the team's vision to life.
  • Analyze and improve performance across all target platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Design, implement, and test game systems, including automated tests and tooling to support asset pipelines.
  • Debug and fix crashes, concurrency issues, and platform-specific problems, ensuring the game's stability and reliability.
  • Research and propose improvements to processes and pipelines, driving innovation and efficiency within the team.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure their growth and development.

**Requirements**

  • Proficiency in Unity Engine, with experience working in both Windows and MacOS environments.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software development principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on analytical and critical thinking.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Prior experience with commercially released titles using Unity.
  • Strong understanding of game engine architecture.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects, with a focus on microservices and Web APIs.
