About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound Analyst to join our team at Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda. in Brazil. As an Inbound Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Marketplace operations and expansion in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own metrics for Seller Self-shipment mode, ensuring timely and accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Fulfillment Centers (FC) and Operations Support teams to ensure process efficiency, SLAs, and continuous improvements.
  • Identify gaps and pain points in existing processes and drive improvements to enhance operational excellence.
  • Establish performance management mechanisms and track operations performance on a day-to-day basis.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, including Operations, Transportation, and Commercial teams, to deliver the best possible solutions for our partners.
