Job Overview

The Senior Integrated Marketing professional is responsible for devising, executing, managing, and measuring marketing initiatives that foster awareness and drive pipeline within the existing prospect, customer, and partner base.

  • Reports directly to the LATAM Integrated Marketing Manager
  • Collaborates closely with Regional Marketing Team, Sales, Operations & Strategic Partnerships, corporate marketing, and other stakeholders
  • Develops and executes region-specific campaigns, leveraging industry and company best practices
  • Executes integrated marketing campaigns and programs, aligns them with broader corporate and regional objectives, ensures relevance to the country market or sector
  • Works in tandem with the Demand Generation Lead to ensure alignment, consistency in message, assess campaign effectiveness, and to ensure adequate resource allocation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives multi-channel marketing strategies by implementing integrated campaigns locally, including Events, PR activities, Social and Paid Media last mile activation in coordination with the Campaign managers, PR and Demand Generation Lead
  • Drives revenue through the local execution of the LATAM GTM Plan as well as supporting customer marketing initiatives, connecting product initiatives with local needs
  • Supports teams to develop upgrade/migration/up-sell/cross-sell/lead generation activities in a timely manner, following brand standards and best practices
Qualifications and Skills

– Experience in integrated marketing, field marketing, marketing campaign management, and/or channel marketing with a B2B IT software company: proven marketing success with SaaS solutions is a plus

– Ability to translate global strategies and deliver cohesive regional GTM and event strategies

– Strong analytical skills with ability to measure campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights
