FIC Engineering Lead

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the operation of Financial Institutions Connectors by tracking and analyzing OKRs, taking necessary actions as needed. Organize, plan, and manage team activities effectively. Engage in daily team routines to foster clear communication among all parties. Stay informed on OKRs and provide reports when required. Ensure the successful delivery of the Product Roadmap while maintaining quality standards. Cultivate a collaborative work environment and promote team engagement. Facilitate satisfactory onboarding experiences for new team members. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to support their career development. Identify areas for improvement and recommend training opportunities for the team. Maintain updated and accessible documentation. Set performance goals for team members and guide them towards achieving these objectives. Regularly evaluate and provide constructive feedback on team performance. Recruit new team members as necessary.CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary technology teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Experience in people management, including performance evaluations and career development. Strong technical acumen to engage in technical discussions. Knowledge of application integration and architecture. Proficient in English.BENEFITS:
