Lead Machine Learning Engineer, Personalization

We are seeking an exceptional MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge personalization solutions.
This role requires a visionary thinker who can define the future state of machine learning infrastructure and personalization strategy. You should balance deep technical rigor with a strong understanding of product impact.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement advanced machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques such as graph neural networks, causal models, and bandit algorithms.
- Develop and maintain large-scale machine learning platforms serving billions of predictions in production.
- Leverage expertise in multiple machine learning domains including deep learning, causal inference, multi-armed bandits, and graph-based models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment across all machine learning initiatives.
- Pursue 0→1 innovation in personalization or recommender systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Expertise building machine learning systems with deep knowledge in large-scale personalization.
- Recognized industry expertise through patents, publications, or significant product impact.
- Proven success architecting machine learning platforms serving high volumes of predictions.
- Demonstrated track record of innovative thinking in personalization or recommender systems.
- Mastery across multiple machine learning domains.
