Responsibilities:
  • Data must flow smoothly from source to destination for processing.
  • Strong database skills are required to work with complex data sets and extract insights.
  • Unstructured or ambiguous data needs to be filtered and cleansed into usable datasets for analysis.
  • New internal and external data sources should be identified to support analytics initiatives, working with relevant partners to integrate the data into new or existing infrastructure.
  • Tools need to be built for automating repetitive tasks so bandwidth can be freed up for analytics.
  • Program managers and business analysts require collaboration to develop actionable, high-impact insights across product lines and functions.
  • Top management needs close collaboration to prioritize information and analytic needs.


Requirements
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML) with real-world application experience.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and their applications in complex systems.
  • Experience working with Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs).
  • Awareness of Amazon Bedrock or previous experience working with it.
  • Background in FinTech is an advantage, with knowledge of financial systems, risk modeling, or fraud detection.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for designing scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in software engineering best practices, including unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • This position may involve travel opportunities to other countries, requiring certain availability.
