As a Senior Data Engineer at Netvagas, you will have the opportunity to develop and be connected to cutting-edge technology, immersed in a culture centered on innovation and a high-performance team, unlocking new possibilities and working with the future of technology.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our organization's data-driven initiatives. You will also be responsible for transforming and organizing raw data into structured and meaningful information, enabling key business insights and decisions.

  • Design, implement, and optimize ELT processes to ingest, transform, and integrate data from diverse sources into a centralized data platform;
  • Develop and implement strategies for data monitoring, performance optimization, and governance, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance;
  • Collaborate on data modeling using DBT to transform raw data into well-structured, actionable information;
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements;
  • Stay updated with emerging data technologies, tools, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
Required Skills:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL;
  • Experience with Python programming;
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
  • Familiarity with data extraction tools such as Airflow or Airbyte;
  • Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines;
  • Basic knowledge of BI tools.
