We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Data Visualization Engineer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced dashboards tailored for executive audiences.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced Grafana dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful visualizations.
  • Integrate multiple data sources and configure alerts/monitoring to support operational and strategic objectives.
  • Present insights and dashboards directly to executive leadership.
  • Maintain and enhance Grafana configurations to ensure performance, scalability, and usability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced expertise in Grafana.
  • Demonstrated experience creating executive-friendly dashboards and impactful visualizations.
  • Experience with machine learning or automation for future project phases (nice-to-have).
  • Background in data engineering (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with integrations such as PagerDuty, Datadog, or Jira (nice-to-have).
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
  • Strong English communication skills, capable of delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Proven ability to work independently after initial onboarding and context-setting.
