As a Data Entry Specialist for outdoor advertising, you will play a vital role in capturing accurate and reliable data from advertisements located on main roads. Your primary responsibility will be to take high-quality photographs of billboards and assign the correct coding for each advertisement.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining data integrity by ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date
  • Reviewing and verifying information for consistency and completeness
  • Ensuring optimal workflow efficiency by minimizing delays and errors
  • Registering new events and updating existing records in the system
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals

You will work independently most of the time, requiring strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills are also essential for this role.

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, and a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Additionally, knowledge of basic Google, Windows, Chrome, and Explorer principles and practices is required. Experience with photographic cameras and a clean driver's license are also necessary.
