About the Role

We are Theramex, a global specialty pharmaceutical company dedicated to supporting the health needs of women throughout their lives. We work closely with our partners, healthcare professionals, and patients to provide solutions that meet their needs at critical times.

Scope of Responsibility

  • Support the execution of financial planning activities, including forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses for the Brazil region.
  • Conduct complex financial analyses to inform strategic decisions and prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the financial planning process, including forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.
  • Conduct financial analyses to identify significant trends and variations and provide recommendations to the CFO.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand financial requirements and provide analytical support.
  • Conduct cost reviews and identify financial optimization opportunities.
  • Review accounting reclassifications to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Conduct inventory transactions and support adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams during audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, or financial analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Proven professional experience in the Brazilian financial market.
  • Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced level in English.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
