Role Overview:

To bolster this exciting venture, we are expanding our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, focusing on the financial oversight of our Ads segment in the LatAm region. We are seeking a dedicated Manager to spearhead financial planning and analysis efforts, working closely with a dynamic and global team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both short-term and long-term financial and workforce planning for the complete Ads business P&L in the LatAm region.
  • Collaborate with Ads Strategy and Planning & Analysis teams to assess the financial implications of product, plan, and pricing modifications.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial evaluations to provide insights and facilitate discussions on trade-offs, scenario planning, and opportunity assessments.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations to distill analyses and support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee financial projections and assumptions within planning systems, including Anaplan, Workday, Essbase, and Tableau.
  • Establish KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to monitor the ongoing performance of the Ads business.
  • Standardize and automate management reporting through dashboards, reports, and templates.
  • Foster strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, effectively communicating financial impacts and tracking.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment, with a preference for backgrounds in advertising FP&A, management consulting, or strategic finance within tech or high-growth startups.
  • Proven experience in developing and refining financial reporting processes amidst ambiguity and changing requirements.
  • Strong financial modeling capabilities and proficiency in managing large datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other visualization tools.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently on a range of complex tasks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • A keen attention to detail, with sound judgment on when to apply the 80/20 rule to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with financial systems such as Workday, Essbase, Anaplan, and a general understanding of the streaming advertising and ad tech landscape is advantageous, though not mandatory.
