Job Overview

This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Picker Management SR Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing shopper performance and identifying operational gaps in stores and regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor SLA adherence for shopper performance
  • Conduct productivity analysis per shopper and per region
  • Identify operational gaps in stores and regions
  • Support the design of coverage strategies to increase availability
  • Propose improvements for ranking criteria and productivity
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Field Operations, Workforce Management, or Fulfillment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a strong plus
  • Ability to propose improvements and influence operational outcomes
