Key Responsibilities:- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions to optimize operations.
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes and reduce manual errors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build requirements for new processes and facilitate change management.
- Develop and document business cases for process improvements and automation, highlighting potential cost savings and ROI.
As a Lean Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and/or facilitating process review meetings with various lines of business and functions to promote alignment and collaboration. You will also document and facilitate the implementation of new processes and improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.
Requirements:- Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement tools.
- Strong expertise in process mapping and analysis, with proficiency in tools like swimlane diagrams and SIPOC.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement automation solutions using technologies like robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead process review meetings with diverse stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in documenting and facilitating the implementation of new processes, with a focus on change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in a similar industry.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools, such as Visio and Minitab.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
