Sobre a Função

O papel do Consultor Comercial é desenvolver relações comerciais com clientes de pequeno, médio e grande porte, identificando suas características e necessidades. Você será responsável por gerenciar seu pipeline de vendas, conduzindo reuniões remotas e presenciais, prospectando ativamente e preparando documentos.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Negociar e gerenciar oportunidades com clientes visando estabelecer uma relação "ganha-ganha"
  • Identificar as características e motivadores de cada cliente para aplicar a abordagem comercial mais adequada
  • Realizar reuniões comerciais remotas com clientes e prospects
  • Fornecer suporte em eventos para contatos de relacionamento com clientes e prospects
  • Prospectar ativamente novas oportunidades comerciais
  • Preparar e fornecer os documentos comerciais necessários para cada venda
  • Acompanhar a implantação de prova de conceito (PDC) para seus clientes
  • Mantenha o sistema CRM atualizado, registrando todas as atividades, incluindo reuniões e negociações

Requisitos Essenciais:

  • Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Vendas ou áreas relacionadas
  • Experiência prévia em vendas ou relacionamento com clientes
  • Conhecimento básico de técnicas de vendas, negociação e atendimento ao cliente
  • Desejável familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM
