Job Description

The Global Automation Solutions Manager is responsible for identifying and incubating partner-designed solutions that accelerate and scale automation offerings in key markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic technology and consulting partner-built solutions that complement automation capabilities
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies with partners to accelerate market penetration in target segments with specific solutions
  • Create partner-led solution go-to-market framework that combines partner expertise with technology capabilities
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
  • Partner with sales teams to develop joint account strategies and coordinate partner-assisted sales cycles
  • Create sales tools, presentations, and collateral that effectively communicate joint value propositions
  • Facilitate partner introductions and coordinate joint client meetings and demonstrations
Market Analysis & Solution Design
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities where partner solutions can enhance automation offerings
  • Design targeted solutions that leverage both partner market expertise and technology capabilities
  • Monitor competitive landscape and partner ecosystem trends to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in partnership development, channel sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of building successful go-to-market partnerships in the enterprise automations market
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and complex B2B sales processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and healthcare industry
  • Previous experience with RPA, IDP, BPM, or other intelligent automation technologies
  • Existing relationships within the global system integrator ecosystem are strongly preferred
  • Experience as a Solution Consultant, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role at an intelligent automation software vendor
