Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on professional to help us improve the efficiency of our Customer Success (CS) teams. This role will be responsible for identifying areas for development and implementing solutions that enhance daily operation processes, optimizing efficiency through new and current tools while improving overall team performance.
Responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of Business Excellence projects within the CS umbrella, from ideation to implementation; verifying hypotheses through data analysis and relevant market insights; carrying out tests and extracting key insights from CRM data; collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements and identify blockers towards operational efficiency; and facilitating monthly performance review meetings, showing progress and areas for improvement to the relevant teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience spearheading complex projects related to Customer Success and/or Sales Operations;
- Good understanding of CRM workflows;
- Great SQL skills applied to business Data Analysis;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
