Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing effective technical support to clients and ensuring their queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.  Respond to client inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.  Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner. 

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.  Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as necessary. 

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including issue descriptions, resolutions, and follow-up actions.  Use data analytics tools to track customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 

- Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies, products, and services.  Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.

 

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a technical support role.  Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues. 

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. 

- Strong knowledge of IT systems and software applications.  Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk platforms. 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.  Or equivalent work experience.
