Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer care by providing helpful information, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
- Manage shipments efficiently, ensuring accurate qualification and entry of customer orders into our operational execution process.
- Effectively manage complaints, maintaining open communication channels with customers.
- Oversee customer onboarding, ensuring seamless inclusion and transfer of customer requirements into our systems.
- Maintain and integrate customer data within our KN systems, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency.
- Establish and maintain operational customer relationships, facilitating knowledge exchange and sales support.
- Produce and review reports, driving continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with our KN Overseas team to ensure cohesive and effective logistics management.
- Serve as a dedicated customer focal point, providing clear communication regarding quotations, sea logistics, and cargo pickup/delivery.
- Monitor internal data and customer indicators, aligning actions with customer expectations and driving continuous improvement.
- Support and mentor less experienced team members, fostering growth and development.
- Comply with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment policies, as well as internal rules and regulations.
