
Customer Experience Specialist

As a customer experience expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients in Tabas Apartments.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze customer orders to identify areas of improvement;
- Evaluate the performance of internal and external collaborators to ensure high standards are met;
- Develop strategic insights to drive business growth through data analysis;
- Be proactive, willing to go above and beyond to resolve issues and improve processes;
- Liaise across functions to identify root causes of customer support issues and implement effective solutions;
- Contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience for our clients.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role;
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese language skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- both written and verbal;
- Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities;
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed;
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification;
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative;
- Drive to achieve results and meet deadlines;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
