Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Liaison to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing expert technical guidance and support to drive successful onboarding and strategic partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned clients, understanding their document processing automation needs and ensuring seamless integration of our data extraction solutions
  • Guide clients through API implementation, offering code samples, documentation, and best practices to ensure efficient integration with their systems
  • Regularly engage with clients to comprehend their evolving needs, address technical challenges, and identify opportunities for expanded use of our platform
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to troubleshoot client issues, prioritize bug fixes, and communicate resolution timelines
  • Gather client feedback on product features and convey requirements to the Product development team
  • Develop in-depth expertise in document processing workflows and our AI/ML capabilities to advise clients on optimization strategies
  • Monitor client API usage patterns to identify potential performance issues or opportunities for improvement
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in a customer-facing technical role (Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management)
  • Technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities effectively, and adapt to evolving client needs
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to read and understand client code to diagnose integration issues. Experience & programming skills in Python is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
