Product Tester - Quality Assurance Specialist

 

As a Product Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Your responsibilities will include executing quality tests, creating processes of continuous improvement, and analyzing faults.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Support test cycles for operators and be responsible for detecting faults.
  • Execute quality tests, create process of continuous improvement and analyze faults (create and maintain history).
  • Execute local operator tests (laboratory/functional/field etc.) according to standards and regulations (3GPP, etc.).
  • Maintain the test schedule according to planning.
  • Collect logs, use tools and systems.
  • Draft mitigation plans to avoid delays in project launches.
  • Become the technical focal point for operators, manufacturers and be proactive.
  • Be responsible for testing projects from cell phone manufacturers, special devices, modules and others according to DEKRA directions.

 

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Técnico/Medio Completo or graduation in telecommunications or related areas.
  • Desired experience with execution of smartphone tests and knowledge of telecommunications norms and technologies.
  • Intermediate English level.
